Is there anything I can do to increase energy during sports?

I eat a balenced diet and I often get a good amount of rest. However, some days I have no energy whatsoever. Caffeine offers no boost in energy for me, but I usually have a cup of coffee everyday anyways. How Testosterone Effects Muscle Growth
