What Is An Effective Supplement Stack? BSN and whatnot?
I’m torn when it comes to supplements, everyone has a different opinion on what works for them, but being a student I don’t have the money to test and try different products. I trust BSN, but do I really need Cell Mass? I use NO Xplode, it’s alright. I have my Protein Powder of choice, and my glutatmine. Do I really need a creatine? Back to BSN, What about Nixtrix or Axis-HT? I’m 19, and looking to get more tone and tight for the most part. If anyone out there could create a nice Stacking system for me, or just suggest one, I’d TRULY apprecaite it.
Thanks for taking the time to read this,

I eat a lot and take a lot of supplements, tested a ton of them. I wouldn’t trust BSN that much as they are being sued currently for not having CE3 creatine as they claim in their Cell Mass. I switched to Gaspari Nutrition‘s Size-On which is great for your creatine supplement.
I used to also use No Xplode, but tested two other supplements. Controlled Labs White Flood and Gaspari Nutrition Spuerpump 250. Both were great and you will like results over NO-Xplode.
Stay away from Nitrix as it’s pretty much useless and expensive. Stay away from Axis-ht until your older…and there are better ones out there like iForce Bold.
Here is what I am currently taking…I am 215, 14% bodyfat and 6’0″ tall.
Protein: Bsn Syntha-6 (only BSN product I like)
Creatine: Gaspari Nutrition Size On
NO2: Gaspari Nutrition Superpump 250
Amino Acid Mix: Controlled Labs Purple Wraath
I have purchased them all from http://www.bestpricenutrition.com. Quick shipping and they always give me free samples of similiar products I order.
Hope that helps!
