In need help with Fat Loss?
I lift weights daily and am taking Nitrix by bsn. I want to loose fat around my muscles so they are more lean and cut. I notice if I’m not flexing my chest muscles they feel like they have alot of fat in them. When I do flex they get hard like there mostly muscle… IS this normal? I am also on a diet low in fat, high in protein and carbs. I eat mostly chicken. fish, tuna, green vegtables. Whats a good way to loose fat fast sorta like bodybuilders do before a contest?
A lot of bodybuilders follow The Get Shredded Diet (by Dr John Berardi) before a competition (or something very close).
However, this is designed for people who are already at 10% body fat!
