Most effective type of supplements?
Just had a question as to what the most effective “legal” bodybuilding supplement there is in today’s market. I currently use Universal Animal Pak, Fish Oil, Syntha-6 from BSN, Creatine Monohydrate, and L-Glutamine. I was wondering what the most effective cycle of supplements. I do not need a suggestion for Nitrous such as No-Xplode, Nano Vapor, Gaspari Superpump250, etc. I was wondering what the most cost effective and muscular defining cycle there is out there. I was wondering if testosterone supps like Axis-HT from BSN was effective or what the best brand of protein is and if Creatine Ethyl Ester was better than Monohydrate

A degree in nursing can increase job security
Registered nurses (RNs) are linchpins in the healthcare cycle system. They provide medical and emotional support for the sick and injured by keeping detailed track of patients’ symptoms and monitoring their improvement or decline.
