should i get on Gold Standard whey or bsn syntha 6 if so what flavours (i need answers quick please)?
iv had phd synergy didnt see what hte big buzz was. so i wasnt something to build lean mass and put a bit of muscle weight on whilst doing it
Gold standard is the best. Use that one. It won best protein supplement in the year 2008 and it’s what I use to gain lean muscle and burn fat. Weider is great if you wanna stay away from whey and take Soy Protein.
