About Bsn True Mass?

I am a fairly hard gainer…I know it is because I do not have a high enough calorie intake. I train heavy 5 days a week. I am looking to gain mass. I was wondering if anyone has taken true mass and if it is worth it. Also will it put fat onto my midsection, I am a 22 year old male. I have been lifting weights for about 2 years and weight 190 with about 13% body fat.

How tall are you? And what is your goal? A lot of it has to do with age since the metabolism tends to work quicker at your age. I had the same problem in my 20′s. If you’re doing ANY cardio at all you’ll be burning into your muscle mass and unfortunately this happens BEFORE your metabolism works on fat so be sure to fuel your body properly with low-fat carbs before any heart-increasing exercise and take protein to recover. If you’ve been doing the same workout for two years, you might consider switching it up every couple of months. If you’re muscles aren’t a little sore than you’re simply maintaining and not building. Try a new routing or even just change the order of the routine you’re doing now. Below is a user review of True Mass, mostly good. Whatever you do, be sure to do it in a healthy manner and be very careful when considering ‘other’ means of Weight Gain. Certain ‘products’ don’t warrant the risk to you health and potential DQ.
