Best Flavor of BSN’s N.O. XPLODE?

i love this stuff and just finished cycling on and off the Blue Raspberry, now im looking into buying another bottle soon so in your opinions which is the best– Fruit Punch, Orange, Grape, Lemon Lime, or the Lemonade

I’ve gone through 3 cans so far- Fruit Punch, Grape, and Orange. Fruit Punch is the absolute best, the other 2 were not very good.

-btw i love it too, it makes working out so much fun with the pump you get

What is Creatine Good For?

When you think of creatine what do you think of? A powder that bodybuilders put in there drinks all day long and workout and they get big, right. Of course, that’s everyones initial assumption and for those who don’t want to get super “jacked” get turned off from it.
