What will BSN No Xplode do to my appearance?

Will taking the BSN No Xplode and doing a regiment of average weight lifting (3 sets 12 reps – 3 sets 25 reps) help me gain lean muscles. I’m trying to reduce my body fat percentage, tighten up my muscles, and tone my muscles to look more cut.
