Im “Fasting” but really starving myself at heart?
Im muslim and my dad wants me to fast. Its been like half or more of Ramadan already but I’m going to start tomorrow.
Im like 170 and 5’9” so I need to be atleast 160 or 155! Do you think fasting will help me lose weight? You eat early in the morning like at 5, then late at night. No eating/drinking during the day. But I’m thinking I could take fiber pills, and green tea “fat burner” EGCG energy pills every morning and night. I mean I take that everyday but I eat badly so my calories outweigh everything.** WILL THAT HELP ME LOSE WEIGHT???**

pese remember im fasting ANYWAYS to try it out… and for my dads sake ughhh >.> i just want to know if it will help me! =) I already got my p.e. coach to let me walk during class so i dont get thirsty
wow its funny cuz im ur weight n height & im fasting tooo hahaha the thing is for me i lost a bit of weight cuz i can’t eat at nite really so i just drink n eat a sandwich or something plus i work so i break mine at 11 but even though u are fasting its just a month so u probably dont’ want ur results temperary so just do wat im doin get a ymca membership (if you can) and work out or use http://www.sparkpeople.com u can get like workout tips and videos or w/e lol good luck
