what dosage of creatine should i take?
alright, its CEE. the pills are approximately 700mg a piece, the serving size says its 4 pills per serving. so. i’ve lifted for a couple of years now, im 19, about 6’1” about 190 pounds. i dont know if this matters, but there it is. i heard various things from just taking four pills a day to taking four DOSES on lifting days and three doses on non lifting days. i just want to know how many doses or pills i should take and when. like in themorning and before bed? before and after working out? during meals? if anyone could offer advice, i’d appreciate it.
Well I am not sure what the brand is. Creatine Ethyl Ester hydrochloride is a good creatine. Most of it will get absorbed. Generally you should not supplement with more than 5g of creatine a day. Not sure how much science is behind that, but that is what I have been hearing for the past 6 years I have been lifting. The best time to take creatine is 45 mins -give or take a few- before you work out. You can also take it with your Protein Shake after lifting. I would do no more than 2 doses on days you lift, 1 on days you don’t. Days you do not lift take the dose a couple hours after breakfast but a couple hours before lunch.
