How can I reduce stress to lose belly fat?

I eat maintenance calories, made of only fruits, vegetables, lean protein, and whole grains such as quinoa, buckwheat, and brown rice, so thats not the problem,

I sleep 7-8 hours a day, from 9:30 to 5:50

I used to have an eight pack and now I gained 3 pounds and have a six pack, so the fat most likely went to the abs.

The problem I think is, is that Im really stressed out all the time due to AP classes and tight scheduling. How can I reduce my stress levels? And if meditating, how long for it to be efffective?
I don’t want cortisol to be the factor of getting me out of shape. Thankyou for any suggestions, and God Bless!!

Exercise is the best way to reduce stress and the fat.

Waking also reduces the stress and fat.

Meditating give you peace of mind, and clears the thought processes. This can be done any time at few intervals, time permitting through out the day, may have to steal time if need be.

Do some abdominal exercises and total body work out, 3 pounds is nothing, you must eat every thing and all the food groups, must eat few calories in fat too. Your body may be generating fat and filling it with water, so must drink a gallon of water every day(the body may be feeling famine and draught condition and reacting, by storing both).

If this weight is stable (same for 6 months ignoring present 3 lbs) then just putting on, pedometer, strapped on wrist and ankle weights will do the trick in no time. Just make sure you do enough steps per day more then the present number of steps.

If still growing, so grow grace fully. Doing some Body parts specific weight free, free hand exercises can do wonders for biceps and triceps.

Same for abs, do abdominal and side bends and front bends and even back bends.

When you get going on biceps and triceps, you will have enough strength to do pull up and chin ups. Bicycling can save time and if possible swim in a safe place or in a pool if it is convenient.

In the mean time just hang from your hand and just keep trying one day you will be able to pull yourself up. Then try chin ups, and slowly add a one more every few days.

All this is found on the Net and in the library, so read up on it and do it correctly so you that you may not get hurt.
