currently take xxx mass builder from GNG and then I also take nox9 anabolic Nitric Oxide pills. and I just started using creatine But Im curios what is better for muscle development creatine or protein

my protien intake is 250g and my calorie intake varys between 3500-6000 a day.
Plus I also want to add I work out 2hrs a day and wonder if only 1hr would work? so far I have put on about 7lbs and its mostly muscle, but im still trying to get bigger mass muscle. Thats why the calorie intake is so much

1) I’m not the biggest guy in the weight room but I can bench 300lbs a few times and I haven’t taken a supplement for almost a year, they weren’t doing anything so my friends and I quit taking them and we didn’t notice a difference, make sure your spending your money wisely.
2) watch out for creatine, it’s meant to be taken in cycles, your muscles will fill up with water and become mushy without any definition if you stay on it too long, it looks really bad and I’ve seen it happen to a few guys.
3) I can’t back this up with a study but I’ve heard from many sources that the max time a person can work out and still make progress is 45-60min, so I’d say if you can’t get your lift done in 2hrs, your either lifting too many groups in one day or your resting way too much.
4) 250g is very excessive on the protein, it’s not going to hurt your but you certainly don’t need that much, 1g per 2lbs. is a huge amount and I don’t think you weigh 500lbs.
5) Protein is much better for muscle development, creatine is kind of an extra as I understand it, I’ve never taken it because I’m afraid it’ll ruin my definition but I’ve been thinking about a cycle to try and break my plateau.
6) I used to work chest MWF every week, I was stuck at 105 forever and could not increase weight, I went down to twice a week for a few months and I’m doing 245 8x without a spotter now, I think 2hrs a day is very excessive, I like to work very hard when I’m there and not be there very often, try taking your rest down.
7) a good test: if your reps are not going up almost every time you lift your not resting enough between lifts, next time you lift count your reps and if you can’t do at least a half rep more the next time you need to add a day of rest before you lift that again.
