Im 18 weigh 175 5’11 and was wondering whats really the best stuff out there to help build strong muscles.I wanna be ripped so far i’ve been going by the The Book of Muscle which is helping out a lot been lifting for about 2 months and taking whey protien and Ce2 Creatine and about to switch it to cellucor M5.and some other whey protien now whats the best stuff out there i can buy from the GNC? there are many opinions im just wondering cuz im really eager to get ripped so help me out? thanks!!
dont take creatine, your body makes it naturally. If you take it for too long, you body will stop making it. stick with the Whey Protein.
Dr. Franco-obregon’s Creatine: a Practical Guide – a Review
The concept and the use of creatine is very widespread in the bodybuilding community, however, there is a lack of information on how and why it works for you. It is important that you understand how to use the supplement in a most effective manner to get the results that can be achieved. There are those who misuse the supplement or underuse it and do not realize the maximum benefits that can be found.
Dr. Alfredo Franco Obregon has presented an analysis of the scientific research behind creatine in the e-book, Creatine: A Practical Guide. He tries to figure out the research behind this product as per science and his own understanding of muscle cells and its related biophysics.
The e-book is written in an unique way, quite friendly to the readers and has all the pros and cons of creatine listed. Dr. Framco-Obrehon is a scientist in the first place, an excellent writer and has a very good understanding of what people really want and what can be the best piece of advice for them. He does not exaggerate the use of supplements, nor does he intend to disregard, all he does is to help you use these supplements in the most effective way. With this e-book you can expect a complete, potent and unbiased guide to the use of the most potent muscle building supplement.
At a glance it is quite surprising to see a whole book dedicated to a subject like creatine, we all know about it. We are aware of the effects of this potential supplement and this is quite a common subject found on the web. So, why a book? Well, that’s because we are still not aware of the true potential of creatine. There are so many hidden factors and such great use of creatine, of course a proper dosage is responsible for that.
There are four parts of the book that discuss the use of creatine.
I) The first part of the book will deal with the scientific information on how and why creatine can be used in the body for bodybuilding.
II) The second part of the book deals with the supplement and how you can use it in the most effective way.
III) The third section will discuss all of the products that are available and their advantages and disadvantages
IV) The fourth part of the book provides appendices that support the scientific information in the book.
This particular book is very well organized with great summaries of each of the sections. There is also information on all of the questions and answers that you might have for using creatine. This will give you all of the information on creatine that you will not find anywhere else.
In the first part of the book that will teach you how and why creatine works in the body will give you all of the information that you will need for making an informed decision about using it. The information is very scientific and might be intimidating to some. But if you are to make a more informed decision on the use of creatine, this information should not be overlooked. Dr. Obregon uses language that will help you to get through the dense information and become knowledgeable on the use of creatine in the body.
