Do “bulking up” supplements really work?
I have believed they do work honestly because when I first started lifting. I was a skinny guy, and a guy at complete nutritional got us a bunch of stuff including Protein Powder, creatine, multivitamin, fish oil caps, along with a few other pills. I was pretty impressed because I got big and quick. So that is why I think that stuff works was it just all mental or what?
Just don`t do that Spartan mentality, like you are the biggest, the strongest etc… Don`t push yourself to the limits too much, because it can affect your heart in a bad way.
I am against supplements, just protein is ok, like a healthy additional food. But other stuff just makes you temporary better, stronger and you know what i mean.
Proteins are ok, like eating ultra quality food, and low fat, but other stuff, specially those pills, just walk away from them.
