I want to start taking a creatine supplement. How do you take creatine effectively for the best results?
I need to boost through some of my plateaus, and if I am going to buy the product then I want to use it correctly so that it works. I am thinking I will just take the basic creatine monohydrate powder supplement if that helps answer the question.
