Creatine or Nitric Oxide?
I am 15 and have been taking creatine for a few months. I have just discovered Nitric Oxide. Should I continue to take creatine or Nitric Oxide? Six Star Muscle Creatine has Nitric Oxide in it. Should I take both? Thanks. Also, I am currently taking Optimum 100% Whey protien. I mix it with orange juice. Does anyone have a specific Whey Protein that they think is good?
