When is the best time to take Universal Animal stack?

I recently ordered some universal animal stak. when is the best time to take it? Morning, Afternoon, after work out, night? Is it very effective? Also I ordered some glutamine, and I am currently drinking protein shakes. What else can i take that will make me see improvements besides creatine?

i would recommend taking superpump 250. it is a Nitric Oxide product. it gives you energy for a good workout and also gives you a great pump and increases vascularity. it is a very popular product. why rule out creatine though? its only bad if you dont drink plenty of water. the one i take(anavol hardcore) does not even require a cycle. it also doesnt make you retain water, but actually contains a thermogenic which decreases water weight. anyway superpump is really good though. take the animal stak whenver it says on the container. i dont know if its stak 2 mstak or animal pak, so icouldnt tell you. i take mstak 45 minutes before a workout.
