What is Muscle Milk?
Muscle milk is a performance enhancing product from Cytosport. It has become very popular in recent years, and its popularity is probably now at a peak.

As mentioned before, there is a light version of this product. If you currently feel you have some excess fat to lose, I recommend you look at this option as well. On the other hand you can try diluting the regular product with: skimmed milk, juice or water.
