FOCUS FACTOR? It says as a dietary supplement I should take two in the morning then two later in the day?

Both are to be taken with a meal. But, dietary supplement? I just want it because it’s supposed to improve focus and memory. I’ve read the ENTIRE bottle.
I do NOT care about the dietary thing AT ALL!

That product contains Magnesium Stearate and that is an immune suppressant, TRANS FAT, nutrient absorption inhibitor and very bad for you. It is made of synthetic chemicals and are chemical activators, not healthful nutrients. I would not take it. Over time, it will damage the DNA of your cells.

There are many other things you can do to improve your overall health and essential fatty acids would be a great start in helping you focus, especially omega 3 fatty acids. Omega 3 fatty acid is the precursor to making DHEA and EPA that are both fatty acids you need for fast acting areas of the body like the brain and the eyes. A deficiency of this can be caused by eating too many foods with high omega 6 fatty acids.
