hey guys whats up, summers slowly creeping up and its about time i start to lean down. i made some massive improvements since middle of last year and its about time to start cutting weight, im 5″10, 178lbs with about 12-15% body fat, and my goal is to get to 6% body fat, but id really like to hit 4%, i want to do this as quickly as possible without loosing muscle mass, which one should i take while cutting weight, HHC is from muscle-tech and its just about the only product of theres that actually works, and mitotropin is from Gaspari, while not having a big rep of its own yet because the product is new, the company has all the good rep it needs, which one do u think is going to be more effective, feel free to post any Fat Loss/cardio tips with your answer

well what i would suggest is none of those as they have side effects that may leave you shakey do to the caffine what i do suggest is to use atrophex from BSN iv tried it and it works the best ever
