You cannot tell from a simple ingredients list. Some of the ingredients have multiple sources and processing methods ( EG sugar, bi-carb, starch, “natural flavour”…suspicious about that one ) so you would need to ask the manufacturer for a definative statement.
We run a veggie guest house and often write to manufacturuers, a simple question often results in a simple answer from them. You don’t need to tell them why you need to know, just ask straight.
And if any ingredients are not veggie, you cannot just “let it slide” ( Joyce ) and still call yourself a vegetarian. You can eat it, your choice, but you cannot call youself a veggie.
