I have a working out question?
My husband is working out & he also take’s Muscletech Products, he says that in each set he does 20-pushups, 20-crunches, & 20 bicep curls with 25 lbs DB’s until he gets to about 260 or 280 each he wants to know how many seconds or minutes should he take & rest between each or each set?
i would say from 1 minute to 2 minutes
