The B vitamins are mainly there to give you energy, but in my opinion, they make the weight loss a lot easier. If you’re a busy person who is always on the go, I would suggest just the lipo itself because it is cheaper. However, if you have a hard time keeping your energy levels up, I would suggest the mix.
