Just bought a protien formula from GNC. Is it bad for my body?
hi, i just bought some Protein Powder from GNC to help me gain a little weight and to start to gain a little muscle. I work out 4 days a week for about 2 hours a workout. I am trying to increase my Muscle Strength and my mass. I am 18, 5’9” and 141 pounds. I would really like to get to a healthy 155 pounds.
The only thing i am worried about is will this stuff harm my body? I dont want to use it if it will..
And if not, when is the best time to drink it? thanks. Would it be when i wake up in the morning? After a workout? Before a workout? thanks.

didnt really read the bottle in the store but when i got home it really seems to have alot of ingredients i dont need. I think maybe i will use whey or something since this stuff is also $45 a bottle.
The company does not show the ingredients anywhere that I can find. This is highly suspect and if they were really legitimate, what would they have to hide? Anyone can get the ingredients analyzed if they want to duplicate it, so there’s no real reason to not put the ingredients on it. Most of these types of things are loaded with synthetic vitamins that are only chemical activators that help you at first, but they damage your DNA.
It looks like it may have steroids in it like HGH. These steroid hormones cause your body to become dependent upon them and your body slows and even stops making them for itself because it throws the BALANCE off. Very bad for you.
