need some information when building muscle?………(not looking for supplements)?
ok so i have been working out 5 times a week with cardio 7 times a week and 2 servings of protein shakes (some days 1 non lifting days none) right now i take Nitro Tech, and i also take Force factor.
the question is i have noticed in the past few months i have gained some serious muscle. my chest is hard and got bigger and my arms are too. i used to wear large and now XL fits but still its wicked tight around my arms and my chest (these are hollister shirts so on ralph lauren and others i’m a large used to be medium) everything else fits fine except my chest and arms.
question is is the way i’m working out right now will I get super huge or is there like a certain limit i go and stop at. i mean i like the size i am right now i dont want to get super jacked but if i stop working out i loose all my definition but i’m scared if i keep working out my arms will be the size of my head

Well, the human body is very adaptable … so to keep getting the amount of muscles you are getting now, you need to keep working harder. If you want to stop working for more muscle, still work out a little to keep your body in shape. Yes there is a limit, the more muscle you gain, the harder it will be to gain more muscle. I suggest stopping trying to gain more muscle when you are satisfied with your body, but keep working out to keep your body in shape.
Also, make sure to work on your legs … to keep things proportional.
