i feel weaker after 4 days of drinking muscle tech?
1) hi i been taking Muscle tech for about 4 days now i worked 2 days in a row and i took a rest for 2 days and i went back on working out on the 5th and i just feel alot weaker and i cant lift as much as the frist and second day anyone know whats wrong ( i can realy tell im weaker from previous days ) thx in advance
2 ) ive heard that if u have sex befor or after a workout your muscle will not grow is this true? because i got my dick sucked right befor i worked out but i didnt let it come out i just let her play with it.

Muscle tech claims gain 16.8 lbs of lean muscle blah blah bullshit. I highly prefer ISO, 45 grams of quality protein per serving and tastes great, I use vanilla. It doesn’t sound like you have much of a regiment worked out, you should write up a workout plan and stick to it. As for sex, complete myth, I wouldn’t recommend sex before working out tho, definetly will tire you out.
Google a few workout regiments and get on one asap. Working out 5 days a week works for me, don’t work out till you’re dead, a good 45 minutes is all you need.
