Value supplements for solid mass….?

I’m 5’7-5’8, 172lbs and seeking honest advice on supplements. I’ve played with all kinds of things since I started lifting and training muay thai some 30+ pounds ago. I seek advice on the must have cant miss supplements out there. Currently I am 100% invested in using ON Whey Protein, casein, or mass XXX(usually 2 of the 3 at a time) CEE and Elastamine from Primaforce. I’m looking for thoughts on what to add to pack on mass that wont fully break my wallet.(Dont dare suggest the over-priced MuscleTech) A value BCAA, which one? An HGHUP type product, Pink Magic, etc?

I am a bit shorter than you but weight the same (5’6/179 fat>=9%). I’ll share my supplement experience.
1. BCAA sucks, I don’t get anything from them except light wallet.
2. Creatine is a thing to go for.
3. Normal Multi Vitamin does not appropriate for intense trainer like us.
4. Whey concentrate can be brought in bulk volume which is much cheaper, mine was 20$/2.2 pounds. Buy it from a factory.
5. Weight Gainer could be mix by yourself. it would be cheaper and just as effective.
6. See if Casein or Egg Albumin is cheaper, they both provide slow digested aminos.

Too bad that I never heard of PrimaForce. I live in Thailand and not much of supplements around here.
