Weightlifting Supplements?
I want to start using some post-workout supplements to gain muscle quicker. Has anybody used MuscleTech or EAS products? If so, do they work? I’m looking at Eas Myoplex or CellTech Halo creatine. Any recommendations welcome.
Myoplex is a meal replacement powder and Celltech Halo is obviously a creatine; both aren’t necessarily post workout supplements.
Do you need to use a meal replacement powder? Do you find it difficult to cover your nutritional requirements with solid food?
Go checkout http://www.cagedanimal.net post your question in the beginners cage and you will get tons of relative info and support.
