Which among these Low Calorie Wheys?

What is a good Low Calorie Whey? I understand that calories are needed to Build Muscle too, however i see some supplements that are like “Mass gainers” or “weight gainers” and i already have fat. Plus, i can get enough calories from my daily meals. So im looking towards a muscle building whey without the added calories. The two brands readily available here are the ones from GNC, Muscletech and Optimum Nutririon. But they have so many diff kinds of products. What do you recommend as the most low calorie-high protein product under these brands?

what you are looking for is a Protein Isolate rather than a concentrate.

keep in mind that you may not need the powder, when your weight training you need between 1.2-1.6 grams per kg of bodyweight which can be consumed in a normal diet. any more than this and your body can’t use it and too much protein can harm your liver.
