MuscleTech Intravol or Ultimate Nutrition AdreNOline?
Please,only ppl familiar with each product. I’m thinking more towards Ultimate only bc it relies more on vitamines,minerals, proteins, and carbs rather than some wierd fruit and plant extracts from muscletech.
From my personal experience it is much more beneficial to get nutrients right from the source, so if one product does use actual juices etc that are known to be nutrient rich, go for that one. It is much easier for the body to assimilate nutrients when they are in their natural form. You will get more bang for your buck that way too.
