Im having weird side effects to the jack3d stuff. I feel all tingly and alot of energy. Feels like ill have a heart attack lol.
So i dunno if i should stick with this or change it.
the jack3d stuff is giving you chest pain i would stay away…
my wife takes hydroxycut and works out, try the max strength instead of something that may make you die.., =) as far as vitamins i would try taking them first thing in the morning with a good breakfast.
