Nitric Oxide and the body
Nitric oxide (NO) supplements have become more popular in the past few years. Because nitric oxide is naturally produced in the body, nitric oxide supplements are less likely to have side effects than other popular products. NO is a vasodilator – a chemical which increases blood flow throughout the body. This increases the amount of oxygen available to muscles during exercise, allowing for longer, more intense workouts. This gives an additional edge over the workout by itself.
Force Factor for training
A few products have come out recently that takes advantage of nitric oxide’s boost.
