Biotin/MSM causing massive headaches?

I’ve been taking biotin (3700 mcg) and MSM (1500 mg) daily for 5 days (for hair growth). A couple days ago, I started getting these sporatic headaches. The one I have now is almost unbearable. I think the biotin is causing it, but I figure it could be the MSM. Should I lower the dosage or stop taking it altogether? Advice please.
