Complete Omega 3-6-9 Nutrition

I’m taking 3 capsules of omega 3 for my depression. I feel better but I now have idigestion all day.?

Depends on the dosage omega 3 you are taking, I have taken omaga 3 capsules and I only had to take one a day for high cholesterol as adviced by my doctor. Is this the adviced dosage, prescribed by your doctor, If so you should talk to him about it and your sicknees. Maybe it has nothing to do with it or maybe he can adapt the dosage, I wouldn’t take any drug or lower or higher the dosage whithout asking for advice from my doctor. Talk to your doctor about it.Good luck

Omega 3 6 9 Essential Fatty Acids and Its Health Benefits

Omega 3, 6 and 9 oils are called the essential fatty acids (EFAs), although omega 9 fatty acids are not essential oils as our body can metabolize them on its own. Omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids cannot be created in our body and must be provided by the food. Omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids are necessary for normal working of all tissues of our body.

The EFA support and nurture our brain and nervous system, the heart and circulatory system, and the immune system. They are all important for healthy skin, hair, and nails. The docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) are also created from omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids which is essential for proper growth of kids. Pregnant women need more omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids as EFA are required for the fetal growth, brain development, learning and behavior. Breast feeding women should also increase their essential fatty acids consumption, as infants receive their essential fatty acids through the breast milk.

Omega 3 Fatty Acids

Children especially needs nutrients with omega 3 fatty acid – deficiencies are associated to behavioral and learning problems, as well as retarded growth. Omega 3 fatty acids are also highly beneficial for people who have high cholesterol levels. They are the precursors as a type of prostaglandin called series 3 prostaglandin, which specifically influences to bring down dangerous fatty build-ups in the blood. They slow down the liver’s output of dangerous triglycerides, while simultaneously, increasing the body’s level of HDL (high-density lipoproteins), otherwise called the good cholesterol.

American is often deficient in omega 3 fatty acids. As a matter of fact, many people are able to consume sufficient nutrients with omega 6 fatty acids, as they are found in a wider variety of sources. Too many omega 6 fatty acids with reference to omega 3 fatty acids are in itself unhealthy. The WHO recommends a ratio of 5:1 to 10:1 omega 6 to omega 3. Although a ratio range of 1:1 and 4:1 is often advised as being optimum.

Marks of omega 3 fatty acid deficiencies include a weak immune system, unfitness to concentrate, poor vision, and high blood pressure. The sources of omega 3 fatty acids are flax seed oil, fatty fish specified salmon, tuna and mackerel, sea greens, walnuts, hemp seeds, sesame seeds and canola oil. The best source of omega 3 fatty acid is flax seeds oil. One tablespoonful of ground flaxseed will deliver the daily requirement of omega 3. Omega 3 is damaged by heating, therefore the flax seed oils should not be cooked with. They are also spoiled by oxidation; that’s why you should store the essential oils in dark bottles and in the refrigerator or freezer.

Omega 6 Fatty Acids

Omega 6 fatty acid is well-known for helping oneself with skin disorders, inflammation, and PMS symptoms. Linoleic Acid and its derivatives alpha-linoleic acid, necessary for protaglandin production which helps brain, nerve, and immune health. There are a lot of sources of omega 6 fatty acid in the American food. Most vegetable oils contain linoleic acid, such as soy, corn, sunflower, and cottonseed oils. Omega 6 fatty acid is as well found in most nuts and beans, tofu, olives, and dark leafy greens.

Omega 9 Fatty Acids

Although omega 9 fatty acid isn’t a true essential fatty acid, it is frequently grouped with the other omega oils because of its health benefits. Omega 9 fatty acids are from monounsaturated fats, although the other omega fatty acids are derived from polyunsaturated fat sources. Oleic acid is significant for heart health, as it works by increasing HDL levels in the body, and wiping out LDLs, or bad cholesterol. Foods with omega 9 fatty acid include olives and olive oil, most nuts, and avocados.

Remember, essential oils not produced naturally in your body and the only way to enjoy their benefits is to consume them from an outside source. Omega 3 6 9 is the best way to consume and take advantage of the various health benefits provided by these essential oils. Hypercet’s Omega 3 6 9 gives you the benefits of the three different types of essential fatty acids in one suitable pill. Now you can enjoy the improved joint and skin health promoted by the essential fatty acids without searching high-and-low for the right blend of Omega rich food in your diet.
