How Long did the early/latent phase of labor last for you?

I have been in the latent phase of labor now for 3 days. I am just wondering how long this phase lasted for you experienced moms. This is my 3rd, but this pregnancy has been SO different from my other 2. I am 38 weeks pregnant. My other 2 were born at 38 weeks.
I went to the dr. on Tues. and I was dialated to 2. So I am not sure if that has changed.
