how to recover from inferiority complex feelings?

I belong to a small town in maharashtra. i shifted to nagpur for 12th std study. i qualified aieee with lots of homesickness and depression due to highly intelligent(ultra!!!!!!) students around me. iam now percieving b.tech in mechanical from nit,nagpur.but performance is very poor. not even able to match the frequency of other guys.due to this my family atmosphere is affected.parents expect a lot from me. i have no friends atall!!!!!!!!!. i cannot converse properly with them . i have never talked to any girl in my life(except mom). i fear!!!!!! my personality is bad and moreover i look ugly.
since iam 20, my sexual desires have alarmingly increased. i masterbat a lot and feel relief for some time.
