Should i use fluoride toothpaste or baking soda? (10points)?

Currently i am using oral-b toothbrush and now xyliwhite toothpaste which does not contain fluoride but has baking soda in it. Can i start getting a toothpaste with fluoride and a mouthwash with fluoride too? Because i brush my teeth twice a day for 2 mins and it is still slightly yellow. Is fluoride bad for you? For example: Can i use my xyliwhite toothpaste today and Fluoride toothpaste tomorrow and then xyliwhite toothpaste and then the next day fluoride toothpaste??

Well done self decision by self regarding fluorides../ yellow teeth…
The usage of fluorides / baking sodas all depends up on many factors…specially age n enamel thickness, location etc..

In appropriate usage of these may leads to irreversible / permanent loss of teeth structures…
