Should i use fluoride toothpaste or baking soda? (10points)?

Currently i am using oral-b toothbrush and now xyliwhite toothpaste which does not contain fluoride but has baking soda in it. Can i start getting a toothpaste with fluoride and a mouthwash with fluoride too? Because i brush my teeth twice a day for 2 mins and it is still slightly yellow. Is fluoride bad for you? For example: Can i use my xyliwhite toothpaste today and Fluoride toothpaste tomorrow and then xyliwhite toothpaste and then the next day fluoride toothpaste??

Fluoride is a poison. too much of it is bad for you. I do not advise the use of it. Most dentist’s would recommend it. I, personally recommend baking soda. It doesn’t have a wonder full taste like tooth paste does, but it gets the job done, and healthier for you too.
