Do not do this, you will shit your brains out. Protein is best taken after your workout; this is when your muscles are screaming for fuel. Pre-workout supps are great but are intended to be taken alone or with very specific stacks. There should only be pre-workout, intra-workout, and post-workout supplementation. Adhere directions on these products STRICTLY.
