Optimum Nutrition Whey vs Muscle Milk?

im looking to put on about 10 pounds of lean muscle in the next 3 months. i have been looking at both of these sets of protein and been wanting to know which one will reach me to my goal better. im 5 foot 6 and weigh 155 lbs. goal is to walk around a solid 165 and i lift about 4 times a week. which will be better?

I like Optimum over Muscle Milk due to the fat content. BUT I would rather consume a high quality chemical free whey product minus the fillers and additives. Focus on consuming a large amount of whole food proteins as well!! Good luck
