cytogainer or Optimum Pro Complex?
okay so here I have these two gainers and I am not sure which one is better. Not only looking at the calorie and protein differences, the scoops in optimum pro complex is just one per serving compared to cytogainer that is 4 scoops per serving. check it out

And they both have alot of “nutrition perecentages” but do those even really help or are they there in such a small quantity that it doesn’t really do anything? Personally I did use cytogainer but I misused it and never really gained weight. By this I mean that I would drink Cytogainer literally 24/7 even on the days I did not work out and did not have a proper diet. So please recommend what you think is best (it’d be awesome if you had personal experiences where you were skinny like me and have tried these products and gained massive weight)
I used Pro Complex for a while, I really liked the stuff. Cant say for the other.
Optimum Nutrition is a good company, most everything I have tried from them has worked well.
