im 18 years old male and slim!?

i need to gain weight and mass, im using (Optimum Nutrition) pro-complex gainer, i get 120g of protein daily and carbs too, i need to know how many exercises should i do for each muscle for example chest?
i need u also to give me ur opinions to increase my mass easily?

i would stop taking mass gainer for a starters that stuff is just calories with protein, too many carbs in it will make you fat if anything you should be aiming for lean muscle it doesnt matter how fat you are your still going to put on the same amount of muscle.
