will too many protein shakes help or hurt ?
i just bought gaspari myofusion and Optimum Nutrition 100%whey. the Optimum Whey recommends 1-3 servings and the myofusion recommends 2-4 servings/day. i take the optimum whey before breakfast, before my workout, and right after my workout. and i take the myofusion before bed. on non training days, i take the optimum whey before breakfast and the myofusion before bed. should i cut back on the protein a bit or is this much protein alright? and if i should cut back, when should i not take the protein.
