I need help with developing a schedule for when to take dietary supplements. HELP PLEASE!!!?

So I just purchased the following from the bodybuilding.com store:
(1) Optimum 100% Whey Protein, 5 Lbs., Delicious Strawberry
(1) Optimum 100% Casein Protein, 2 Lbs., Cookies And Cream
(1) Optimum Opti-Men, 90 Tablets
(1) Optimum Fish Oil, 200 Softgels

How much do you recommend I take of each per serving?
How many servings per day?
And when during the day?
I basically am looking for a schedule of the ideal time to take my supplements.
I have a pretty good diet consisting of a bunch of meals about 4 hours a part
I work out mon, tues and thurs for 15 mins in the morning before class and for an hour 2 days out of fri, sat and sun.
I also bike about an hour everyday

What is the best schedule I can follow?

I usually take my whey post-workout and my casein right before I go to sleep. They whey is a fast digesting protein ideal for PWO when our bodies are craving nutrients and casein is slow digesting ideal for when we’re asleep because we’re basically fasting for 8 hours and need casein slowly distributes aminos to us as we sleep. I’ll take my multi’s right when I wake up bout an hour before my breakfast, but I used to take them before bed either is fine…same with fish oil too.

I weigh about 210lbs so I ingest about 5 grams of fish oil daily. 3-4 grams of multi’s. And the recommended dose of whey and casein.
