Kashi Cereals Soy Protein Concentrate Unhealthy?
According to this site, soy products are extremely unhealthy and detrimental to the human body. Kashi Cereals contain soy protein concentrate. Soy causes “malnutrition, digestive distress, immune-system breakdown, thyroid dysfunction, cognitive decline, reproductive disorders and infertility–even cancer and heart disease. ”
Moreover, Kashi cereals contain alot of sugars, evaporated cane juice crystals, brown rice syrup, and expeller pressed canola oil.
How healthy are the ingredients in Kashi cereals? Alot of people say it is very healthy, but I’m reading mixed reviews. I’m just not sure.

Lv, Mushrooms are also a naturally occuring food item from mother nature too and some mushrooms can cause liver damage or death.
Yes it’s true. Soy is not the health food everyone is led to believe.

Why do you need Whey Protein concentrate and whey protein intake
Having a toned and muscular body is everyone’s dream. But mere dreaming won’t work unless you get involved into real weight training and have enough of proteins. These days whey protein is becoming a welcome definition in the bodybuilding world along with pumping and exercising. When milk is turned into cheese, the whey protein is filtered out and the result is a high quality protein for you. Whey protein is a rich source of branched Chain Amino Acids, including the highest known levels of any natural food source.
Based on the natural goodness of milk, whey protein supplements generally fall into three major categories. They are as follows:
Concentrate: The popularity Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC) has increased noticeably in recent years. WPC is produced by a process which is mostly known as ultra filtration process. This is a low temperature process that uses pressure and porous membrane to divide the fat and lactose from raw sweet whey. The result is that you will find complete protein, low in fat and cholesterol. WPC is an excellent protein option for any person and it provides a number of benefits in areas including sports nutrition, growth and repair of muscle tissue, speeds up recovery, Weight Management, immune support and general health improvement It has a maximum biological value (BV) and is typically about 75 to 80% pure proteins by weight. Research has shown that of all protein sources, WPC is digested and absorbed better than any other protein
Isolate: As like as whey protein concentrate, whey Protein Isolate (known as WPI) is the highest yield of protein you can find. Compared to WPC, it is more expensive because of its purity. WPI is extremely rich in whey proteins and contains less fat and lactose than WPC in per serving. If you are at your workstation or fitness center where you don’t have a blender then, put a scoop of whey Protein Powder in a bottle and shake it up with some juice or milk and enjoy your whey protein drink instantly.
Hydrolyzed: The process of hydrolysis breaks the protein chains down into smaller segments called peptides. Hydrolyzed whey proteins are easily absorbed, but their cost is generally higher than other forms of whey.
