What the best protein powder to Lose Weight?
Im a girl that’s trying to lose weight be eating lots of protein and low carb, i want to know along with lifting whats going to be the best protein powder for me.
Whey protien is the best type of protien powder for any goal. You want to have good quality protien powder with a complete amino acid profile (that just means your getting the most bang for your buck). Biotest and Biochem are two great brands to choose from. Biotest especially you can get great quality protien cheaper than at biochem. I personally use them both with great results.
As for training, you want to workout at least 3-4 times a week, because nothing will tone you up faster than a smart weightlifting program. Do cardio also 3-4 times a week right after your workout.
An Upper body/Lower body weightlting progam works great, google it.
