Countdown to Zero Star Heather Graham’s Diet
Heather Graham does not “diet” per say but she leads a healthy lifestyle with a balanced diet and regular exercise. She tries to always eat healthy and rarely snacks on junk food.
Heather actually enjoys exercising; it helps her relax. She does yoga three times a week and Pilates two times a week but she likes yoga the best.
It has been mentioned that Heather followed a South Beach Diet. The foods are all proportioned and very healthy. The South Beach Diet was started by cardiologist Arthur Agatston in Miami, Florida. Dr. Agatston is a graduate of New York University and his diet emphasizes healthy carbohydrates as well as healthy fats. He developed the South Beach Diet while working with his cardiac patients based upon his study of scientific dieting research.
Dr. Agatston believes that bad carbs is what makes us gain weight, and until we get rid of those bad carbs, we can’t lose any weight. These ‘bad fats’ are saturated fats as well as trans fats, so it is very important that you check all labels and look out for the bad fats.
