HELP??!!!?!?!ANIMAL PAK IS ONLY FOR 18 YEARS+?
hi i am 17 years old and various times i have been gettin feedback from people on yahoo and supplement sites sayin that i am okay to take this.but once i had taking after workouts i started feeling a bit tired and drowzy,
so i sent a meesage to universal nutrtion nd they said this:
Animal products are not recommended for anyone under the age of 18. I recommend halting the use of this product until you are of age.

IS THIS TRUE PLEASE HELP?
Physically there will be no major differences between the ages of 17 & 18 (particularly if you are closer to 18 then 16) , however from a legal standpoint you are recognised as an adult from the age of 18 able to make your own well informed decisions also remember this product is designed for adult consumption and it would be far too potent on young teenagers.
If there are ingredients that are possibly having an adverse reaction with your system and you cannot get clarification from the company on why this is so, I would stop taking the Pak immediately & see how you fare on a healthy eating plan without it.
